Damian is rushed to the hospital, Paul finds out that Emily has been taking treatments and Mick stalks Alison.
At the farm house, Molly and Holden worry about where Meg may have run off to.
At Lily's, Meg confronts Damian for using her. He threatens to throw her out and then begins having chest pains. He collapses and Meg yells at Lily to call 911. As she calls, Molly and Holden arrive. "Meg, what did you do?" he asks. Lily worries.
At home, Emily kisses Paul and tells him she has to rush off to work. He wonders if she is okay. She insists that everything is perfect.
Mick arrives at the hospital to see Emily. He sees Alison first and they chat until her sister shows up. Alison asks them what's going on. Emily explains that she is getting injections and can already feel the difference. Mick justifies the experiment but Ali doesn't want her sister used as a lab rat. Emily won't back out of the treatments and leaves with Mick moments before Paul arrives.
Casey and Bob have coffee at the diner. Bob encourages him to hook up with Alison again and apologizes for ruining things between them. Bob talks about how he appreciates women and used to 'get it on' in his day. He thinks that Ali and Casey have chemistry in spades. He gets a page about Damian and rushes off.
Luke returns home with the kids. Holden explains that something has happened to Damian. The kids want cake. They discuss it. Molly thinks that might not be a good idea since Damian collapsed after eating some. She also notices some white powder on the piece Damian left behind. Holden tastes it and says it's bitter. Molly points out how obsessed and crazy Meg has been. He wants to throw the evidence away but Molly thinks they should have some tests run. He still refuses to believe any of this but she points out that Meg had access to plenty of drugs and could have done this.
At the hospital, Meg and Lily fight over who should go in with Damian. Bob tells them both to stay out. "I'm Damian's wife. I belong here. Unlike you," Lily tells Meg. Soon, Bob comes out and tells them that Damian will be okay, but they'll have to wait for the toxicology tests to see what was wrong. He says Meg's CPR probably saved his life. Lily tells Meg she's grateful, but she wants her to stay away.
Meg stares as Lily goes in to see Damian. He wakes up and Lily explains what happened. She gets nervous because Meg is still watching them. He encourages her to go home and not trust Meg. Once Lily leaves, Meg comes in and tells him not to call a nurse. He thanks her for saving him and says that there are ways to make their 'arrangement' work. She tells him that when he makes a promise, he better keep it or suffer the consequences. He says his fate is in her hands. She advises him to enjoy his last few hours as a married man. As she kisses him, he slips some drugs into her purse.
Emily and Mick go to his room. She tells him that she is feeling younger and more fertile. As he tells her that he knows a bit about her husband's upbringing, Paul bursts through the door, sees that Emily has been taking injections, and orders her out. Emily apologizes for lying to him but says that this could be their last chance to have a baby. She admits that she didn't go away on a business trip, she was with Mick the whole time. Paul drags her off to be checked out by a doctor.
At the hospital, Ali finds Casey packing up the belongings of one of the patients who died. He shows her his pet spider. They get on a computer and try to figure out what kind of spider it is. Mick spies on them from the hallway. They leave to take the spider to the woods.
Paul and Emily go to the hospital, he tells her that Mick has done more research on them than he has on his medicine. She claims he's just eccentric. A nurse comes out and tells Emily that her blood looks good and her FSH levels are down. "Mick's formula is working!" she tells him.
Casey and Alison take the spider out to the woods. Mick watches them from a distance. Emily calls and tells Mick that she wants to increase their investment. As Mick plods off, Casey and Ali release the spider and joke around. They notice that they are lost.
Lily goes home and talks to Luke. She thanks him for all of his help and notices the cake is gone. Holden and Molly return and explain that they took the cake to a lab. They discovered poison on the cake. Lily thinks this doesn't make any sense. Molly says it probably wasn't an accident. Bob calls and tells Lily that Damian ingested something toxic. Molly is sure Meg is behind this but Holden makes excuses for her. Molly thinks that Lily was actually the target. "Meg isn't just delusional. I think she's dangerous," Lily says.
Mick arrives at Paul's. Paul apologizes for doubting him and offers him a drink. Mick knocks him out with a light instead.
