Katie and Henry team up to figure out what Audrey is hiding, Barbara and Emily bicker over Paul, Lily and Damian are still drawn to one another, a frantic Meg wants to prove Lily is jealous of her, and Faith has a new reason to hate Lily.
Katie tells Henry he is a drama queen, but Henry wants to figure out who the real Jay Stanhope is. Katie thinks they should just ask Audrey, but Henry claims she has always lied to him. He then asks her to talk to Audrey for him! Katie agrees it is right up her alley.
Emily and Barbara bicker about who is more dangerous. Barbara shows her power of attorney over Paul. Emily rips up the power of attorney as something crashes. Barbara realizes Paul is in the house! A drunk Paul shows a memoir James left behind detailing which wines were good. As he laughs about spilling his Bordeaux, Barbara looks on in horror. Paul thinks they are all crazy and makes a toast, "Here's to the lunatics!" Paul then agrees to go back to the hospital. Emily tells him that Barbara is using him, but Paul thinks he can prove he is sane and will be out in no time.
Meg tells Holden that Lily interfered in her trip with Damian and claims she is hung up on him. Holden orders her to lighten up. He then asks Meg if Damian ever told her he was in her love with her. Meg keeps yelling, "Lily, Lily, Lily" over and over. Holden orders her to be careful and honest with herself. Meg thinks Holden is jealous of Damian because of Luke. Luke interrupts and tells Holden he would like to go on the horse trip if he will allow it. He goes on to say that he would never choose Damian over him. Holden is happy everything worked out and they leave. Alone, Meg tries to call Damian on his cell, but he won't pick up.
Faith walks in on Lily and Damian kissing passionately. After she runs away, Lily moves to slap Damian, but he holds her hand and kisses it. He boasts, "You needed this as much as I did." She tells him it was a mistake and she divorced him a long time ago. He claims they can't help themselves, but she orders him to walk away. Damian pleads that what they have will never be over and she asks what he is doing with Meg. Damian points out she is married to Holden. Lily tells him Holden is her soul mate, and he retorts she has no say in what he does.
Katie convinces Audrey to meet her at the Lakeview. Audrey arrives and Katie asks her about her friend, Jay. Audrey tells her that Henry's imagination is too vivid. Katie asks more about Jay, but Audrey wants to talk about Katie. A messenger interrupts with an urgent message for Audrey. She opens a note that says, "I understand you are looking for me." She immediately leaves.
Henry goes back to search Audrey's suite and finds his DNA sample in her room!
Luke and Holden arrive home to a distracted Lily. They announce that Luke is going with Holden on his trip. Lily wants to bring the family along and make it a family vacation. Faith arrives home and refuses to go on the vacation! Lily asks Faith why she doesn't want to go on vacation. Faith tells her she can't help and orders her to leave her alone. Lily doesn't think she can go if Faith is upset. Luke offers to go and talk to Faith.
Barbara arrives at the hospital with Emily and Paul. She orders Emily to stay in the car, while she checks Paul in. Paul then apologizes for what he is about to do and Emily hits Barbara over the head with a wine bottle! They put Barbara in the trunk and Paul tells her he is going to talk to the powers that be and prove he is sane.
Katie tells Henry she didn't get any information. He tells her about the DNA sample and thinks Jay is his real father! Katie admits that she believes something more is going on. They see Audrey emerge from the elevator. He takes off to follow her and tells Katie, "No wild goose chases for pregnant ladies." He orders her to stay behind and take care of his mini-best friend.
A frantic Meg arrives at Damian's suite wondering why he won't answer her calls. He lies that he turned his ringer off. She demands to know what happened with Lily and wants to know if she is jealous of her. Damian admits Lily has a problem with their relationship. Meg wonders if he has a problem, too. Damian tells Meg she is with him now, but Meg yells that Lily will never let him go. Damian is tired of arguing about Lily and claims what they had was finished long ago. Damian orders her to quit being so insecure and kisses her. They begin to make love. Afterwards, Meg boasts she knows why Lily doesn't want to give him up and he tells her he is with her and there is no going back. She hopes Lily will get that or she will be miserable forever. She then smiles that he makes her feel like the only woman in the world. He has a flash of kissing Lily, while a purring Meg kisses him.
Paul wanders around the mental hospital. He walks through a maze of locked doors. He yells, "Hello" over and over, but no one answers. He exits and tells Emily the hospital is completely deserted. He goes back in to figure out what is going on.
Faith tells Luke she hates Lily. Luke tells her that Lily loves all of them, but Faith claims it is all a lie. She returns inside and slams the door. Luke returns and thinks he should stay and help Lily with Faith. Faith comes out and begs Holden not to go. He tells them he will see them all in few days. Lily tells Faith everything will be fine, but Faith retorts nothing will be fine.
Audrey arrives at the mental hospital. Henry arrives to stop her and claims he knows the truth! He tells her that he found his DNA sample and knows Jay Stanhope is his father. Audrey admits that the man he met is not Jay Stanhope because it is an alias. She then asks if he wants to know who his real father is!
A groggy Barbara gets out of the car and wants to know where Paul is. Emily throws her back in the car!
Paul continues to search the empty hospital. He checks every locked door and finds an open one. When he enters the room, he sees a man in a wheelchair with his back to him. He asks, "Dad?"

Paul tells James, "You owe me a lot of money and I'm going to collect."
Emily asks Paul, "Your amnesia is gone?"
Tom asks Riley if he is ready to pack up and leave.
Audrey tells a hyperventilating Henry, "I'm 99.9% sure he is your father."
