    Janet and Dusty wander around the graveyard looking for Liberty. They talk about what a great day it was and she beats herself up about the mistakes she made. She notices a flower that Liberty had earlier and gets excited. He tries to calm her but she freaks out and starts having cramps.

    Dusty takes Janet to the hospital. She worries that God is sending her a warning and telling her not to be selfish. She admits that she is terrified that she might ruin the baby's life. "I want this kid to be a kid for as long as possible," she says. He smiles and promises that everything is perfect, just like her. The doctor comes in and examines her. Liberty calls and her mother tells her to stay at the Lakeview so she can see that she's okay. The doctor confirms that her little boy is fine. "We're having a boy?" she asks. They smile and joke around. He's sure that Johnny will be thrilled. Thanks to her inheritance, she's sure she can do right by her new kid.

    Dusty meets Janet for breakfast at the Lakeview. They're still waiting for news about whether Liberty graduated or not. She claims she isn't crazy enough to want to keep her daughter at home anymore. A text comes in from her daughter telling her to change for graduation. Janet begins hopping and cheering.

    Janet goes upstairs to congratulate her daughter. She thanks Parker and announces that she is going to throw a party. Teri arrives to congratulate her niece and flowers are delivered. Liberty puts on her graduation costume and her mom cries.

    At the Metro, Jack toasts to Janet, congratulating her on being a great mother. Janet talks about how grateful she is to be accepted by the family. Carly and Jack leave and Dusty and Janet dance. As he takes a ring from his pocket, Parker runs in to say that Gabriel ran off with Liberty.

    At Dusty's Janet gets Johnny ready for his swimming class and sends him off. Dusty's impressed and he wants to pay her back. She asks him to help out Liberty. Janet's worried that Liberty is overworking herself at school. Dusty tells her to lighten up and let her daughter be normal. She admits that she doesn't want her daughter to graduate and go away to school; she wouldn't know who she was without her. Parker arrives and announces that Liberty needs their help.

    Liberty arrives at Java and finds Parker, Dusty, Mackenzie and Janet waiting to help her finish her work. They split up the workload. Mackenzie does chemistry with her and then Dusty reads Shakespeare. After the adults leave, Liberty and Parker keep working. She talks about the essay she wrote about her mom. She thanks him for his help and they hug.

    Dusty and Janet go home with Johnny. While Johnny gets changed, Dusty tries charming Janet. She never imagined she would have a family life like she got, but it seems perfect. They kiss.

    Janet goes over to Dusty's and finds him upset. Johnny can't go swimming with his class unless Craig signs off on it. He's sure Craig will do some serious time and Johnny will suffer for it. She gives him a massage and he talks about how he wants to be there for her and the baby. When she leaves, he calls to arrange a meeting with Craig.

    Craig is in his cell doing push-ups. He asks for the phone so he can call his son but has no luck. He's led upstairs where Janet has come to see him. She tells him to act more like he cares about Johnny and suggests he grant temporary guardianship to Dusty. He refuses. When she tells him that this is just about stopping the little boy from being hurt, he backs down. After she leaves, Dusty arrives and rants at Craig, who surprises him by saying he's changed his mind about Johnny and Janet deserves the credit.
