    Dusty comes to the farm in order to call a truce with Janet. He gives her a Mona Lisa painting to prove he likes Italians. She accepts and then gets a delivery of chocolate turtles from Blackie. She tells Dusty the meaning of the chocolates, but assures him she loves his gift as well. Dusty leaves, as Janet indulges in Blackie's gift.

    Blackthorn comes to the farm and after some chit chat he asks Janet not to tell her boyfriend everything he tells her. She didn't know his working for Lucinda was a secret. She also tells him Dusty isn't her boyfriend because they are still working that out. Blackie decides to stay for turtles and coffee.

    Dusty and Janet wander into the Metro and joke around. He misses being with her. Jack and Carly arrive. Awkwardness abounds. Dusty invites them to join them for dinner. Carly agrees and they sit down and start gabbing. Janet goes to the restroom and Carly tells him how much she admires him hanging in with Janet. She returns and begins talking about how great moving into the cabin will be. Carly turns to Jack and asks why she was never told about this. Jack stutters through an explanation but things quickly turn into an argument and Carly storms out. Jack trails after her. Janet and Dusty decide never to have another double date. When he wanders off, Blackthorn walks in. "Blackie! Is that you?" she blurts out. They hug and catch up until Dusty returns and she introduces them. When Blackthorn leaves, she fills him in and he tells her that Blackie is a liar with a bad reputation. She thinks he's paranoid and storms off.

    At Al's, Dusty tells Janet Craig is keeping him away from Johnny as pay back for the World Wide situation.

    After Dusty leaves Al's, Janet sees Johnny with his nanny walking outside. She runs out and tells them to come have lunch inside. The nanny has errands to run so Janet suggests Johnny stay there until the nanny is done running around. She brings Johnny inside and calls Dusty to come back to the restaurant. Dusty rushes over and thanks Janet before he sits down with Johnny. The nanny calls Janet and tells her Craig went out of town, but he can stay with Janet for the afternoon.

    Janet, Dusty and Johnny go to the movies and then Dusty offers to take Janet to dinner. She balks at first, but then agrees to meet him at Metro.

    At the farm, Jack offers to fix up the cabin for Janet, Liberty and the baby. He makes it clear he won't be living there though. Liberty walks in and suggests they hire Gabriel to do the work. Both are leery, but after Janet walks away, Jack notes how smitten Liberty is with Craig's son.

    Dusty comes by the farm to see Janet once she's alone. She's happy to see him because she's been thinking about him. He sees the photo of the cabin and she tells him about Jack's plan to fix it up for her. They argue and he wonders if he matters to her at all because she still has Jack. Janet hates what's happening, but he says she is the only one who can change things. He wants to be part of her life and future and wonders if she wants that too, as Liberty returns. Dusty leaves and Liberty apologizes for barging in. Janet says it's not like anything was going to change anyway. Janet and Liberty talk about the cabin and Liberty convinces her mother to take Jack up on his offer and to hire Gabriel.

    Janet is surprised to see Dusty walks into the farm house. She complains again about how he lied to her and insists that she is where she needs to be. After he leaves, Jack arrives. She complains about losing her Lamaze partner so he offers to take Dusty's position. She doesn't want him to feel obligated but he's eager to get involved.

    Jack and Janet are touring the hospital birthing rooms and discussing labor. They talk about what great parents they will be. When they join the class, they face awkward questions from other parents. When the session ends, she tells him it felt natural to be there with him.
