In Fashions, Lily and Meg pound on each other. "Damian loves me!" Meg screams. "You are crazy!" Lily shouts. Lisa comes in and stops them. She calls Damian over. When he arrives, with Holden trailing behind him, he manages to stop the battle. Lily tells Holden that his sister has gone off the deep end.
Outside, Damian tells Meg that he was about to tell Lily the truth when she blindsided him with this wedding nonsense. "I have whiplash from all this back and forth," Meg says. Holden comes out and takes his sister home. Damian turns to Lily and tells her that she is the only woman in the world for him.
At Lily's, Damian explains to the children that he loves their mother and they'll be a family forever. Luke arrives with the cake. They start the ceremony and renew their vows. As they serve the cake, Lily spots Meg outside. Once the kids are sent into the kitchen for ice cream, Lily lets Meg in. Damian tells her to get out and never come near the family again. "Wrong answer Damian. You just lost everything," Meg says. As Meg is about to spill about everything, Damian suddenly collapses.
Meg brings some of her stuff over to Damian's room and is surprised to see he has champagne out. Nevertheless, she's still concerned that he keeps going back to Lily. He tries to calm her fears and then sneaks off when she leaves to get more stuff.
Luke goes home and tells his mom that Noah seems to be doing well in therapy, but worries that he won't want to move back with them. Lily says Noah will remember how important he is to him when things settle down. He asks her if she's happy with Damian. She is. "Then why is he sleeping in the guest room?" he asks. She tells him it's complicated and they are trying to take things slow. Luke suggests she may be feeling guilty. Damian walks in and gives his son a gift to help him communicate with Noah. After Luke wanders off to test it, Lily tells Damian that their son has been asking awkward questions. He thinks they should prove how devoted they are by renewing their vows. She likes that idea. When Luke comes back, they tell him their plan to renew their vows tonight. They try calling Faith but she doesn't want to come home from her friend's. Lily wants to do it anyway and runs off to get a dress. He orders a wedding cake and has it delivered to the Snyder farm.
Holden goes to the Lakeview to see Damian. He confronts him about Meg's contention that she is moving in with him. Damian feigns ignorance and claims he wouldn't do anything to jeopardize his relationship with Lily. Damian advises him to get his sister some professional help.
Lily walks into her room and finds Meg and Damian together. Meg has no shirt on. She tells Damian it's time to admit to everything. "Nothing is out!" he insists. He accuses Meg of being embarrassing and unbalanced. "Did you really think you would do a striptease and I would fall in bed with you? This is a fantasy in your head and it's sick," Damian says, dragging Meg out while Lily stands there with her mouth open. He shows her to the door and whispers to her to wait for him at the hotel so they can continue what they started. When Meg leaves, Lily approaches and asks Damian if he gave Meg any reason to think he would go back to her. Damian insists that Meg is just delusional. Lily wants to pull all her hair out. He promises to settle this once and for all and walks out.
In his room, Meg is outraged at Damian for what he just did. He explains that he has to protect his relationship with his son and that means finding a way to get Lily to back out of the relationship on her own. She doesn't buy this. He offers to prove his devotion and asks her to move in with him. She likes that idea. They make out. After they have sex, she tells him it was incredible. He's distracted and starts to leave, telling her to let him work things out his own way.
Holden heads over to Lily's. He's disappointed when she tells him this isn't about the kids. She tells him that Meg is in trouble and he needs to help her. She tells him that Meg's delusions don't bode well for her mothering skills. When Damian returns, Holden tells them that this has to stop. He doesn't want to be stuck in this anymore and storms out. Damian can't believe she called Holden. He tells her they need to be careful about Meg.
