Craig is trapped in the elevator of the Lakeview. He yells for help and then calls his sister to say that someone is trying to kill him. Margo arrives and has the door opened. She teases him but he's sure that someone rigged the elevator. Margo laughs at him until he explains that he has a stalker and someone broke into his room. He shows her one of the notes. "What did you do?" she asks. When she points out that getting the cops involved means that they will be going through all of his stuff, he wanders off and takes a call. Carly tips him off about Dusty. He turns to Margo and says that the stalking is all in his imagination.

At the hospital, Carly talks to a nurse about Dusty. She explains that Dusty was shot in the head and they're waiting for Dr. Oliver to come and operate on him. Craig and Margo arrive to check in. Margo runs off and Carly complains about how everything is falling apart. They look at Dusty's phone. There's a picture of Johnny on it. Janet runs in, desperate to see her fiance. She begs a nurse to let her in to see him.

Jack returns to the crime scene to go over things with Margo. One of the cops explains that they have something on the security tape. They watch it and figure out that it was a personal attack, not a robbery.

    Your Plan Backfired.

In the interrogation room, Margo tells Holden that she can't turn a blind eye to vigilante violence. He insists that he was only protecting himself, but he should have come froward about the fight sooner. She doesn't think the police in Malta will let this go. A cop comes in with proof that the ring and note were faked. She tells Holden to stop talking and get a lawyer. Luke comes in. Holden apologizes. Luke thinks this is just like when they thought he was dead. He asks him if he did it. ''I don't know,'' Holden says. He explains his fight with Damian and claims he left him on board a ship. Luke tells him he shouldn't have lied. He walks out to Margo and requests to see her report on Damian's death.

The women return to the station as Holden is being processed. He says Tom is on the way. Lily wants to talk to him. He asks to speak to Molly first. They go into the interrogation room and he confronts her about the ring. She offers to take the blame for it but he won't let her. She says that Lily's on the warpath so he calls her in. The three of them bicker until Holden sends Molly out. Lily and Holden argue about who has been judging who and he tells her that he stopped believing in her the day she married Damian. She doesn't want him to go to jail for this so they agree to work together. Margo walks in to say that Malta wants to extradite him.

At Lily's, Noah has packed his stuff. Luke wonders if he still wants to leave. Noah insists that he has to learn to do things on his own again. He needs to be able to focus on himself so he can recover. Margo arrives, looking for Lily. She explains that the Maltese authorities contacted her. Remains washed ashore and they've been confirmed as Damian's. The coroner is convinced that there was foul play involved. Weeping, Luke tells her about the last time he saw his father. Margo pays her condolences and leaves. "Luke, I'm right here," Noah says. They sit down. Noah offers to be there for him but Luke asks him not to change his plans. He doesn't want his pity and says that, even if he stayed, he would walk right out as soon as he felt better. "Either you're with me for good, or you're not," Luke says. After Noah leaves, Lily comes in and shows him the note and ring. Her son breaks the news that Damian is dead. She doesn't believe it.

Margo goes down to the docks and finds a little boy. He tries to run away but she keeps him there for questioning. He tells her about the fight he saw. Lily calls and tells her about the note and Holden seeing him leave. Margo asks her to bring everything down to the station.
