All My Children - DAILY UPDATES

At the police station, Adam pleads with Liza to help get the charges against Annie and Scott dropped. JR tells him to forget it - Liza is there to help him! JR says he hopes Adam and Annie have a nice life in prison together, and tells Marissa that they're leaving. Adam watches them go, then thanks Liza for helping. She informs him she hasn't agreed to anything to do with Annie. She says she can probably get him off on a temporary insanity plea, but Annie confessed on tape to covering up a murder! Adam doesn't want to live without Annie. Liza says she'll see what she can do. Liza walks over to Scott, who tells her that Annie and Adam will do anything for one another. She asks him what his motive was in covering up the murder. He says saving Uncle Adam was the only way to hold onto the only piece of his father he had left. Liza feels bad for him.

Annie is confronted by Colby in her hospital room. They trade barbs, and Annie remarks that Adam would have loved her nearly as much as he loved their baby. Annie wonders if it isn't enough that she nearly died? Colby replies that it's not nearly enough! She lays into Annie about her wrongdoings, and notes that she dragged Scott down with her! Annie protests, but Colby says she's a gold digger, and she's only kept him around because she wants him to get Emma for her. Annie tells Colby that she loves Adam, and that she talked him out of putting a gun to his own head! Colby feels this is all Annie's fault, and warns her she had better do something to get Adam out of trouble!

In the hospital Dr. Hines tells David that she's not sure it's possible that he fathered a child!

Also in the hospital, Amanda talks to Angie about why she decided to have sex with David. She wants to wake up and have this all have been a terrible nightmare. Jake appears, dressed in a suit for his disciplinary hearing. Angie goes with him. When Amanda feels ill, she asks a nurse to watch Trevor for a moment. David comes over and relieves her. He then takes a DNA swab from Trevor! Amanda returns and takes the baby. David says he's off to the disciplinary hearing as well.

David comes in to the disciplinary hearing, where they are becoming impatient. David informs those present that he has a child with Jake's wife, and suggests that they work on opposite shifts. Angie tells David to take the rest of the week off, and that Jake can resume work tomorrow. David leaves, and Jake confronts Angie. She says she gave David time-off to save Jake's job! He only cares about his family. Angie warns him not to pressure Amanda. David walks up to Amanda and tells her that he's been given a few days off - he can help her care for Trevor while she battles the morning sickness. Amanda rolls her eyes and remarks that just because he wants her to be pregnant, doesn't mean she is! He tells her to come to the lab and they'll find out. Amanda just wants to get Trevor home. David says they'll pick up a home pregnancy test. Amanda is angry at him for pushing. David thinks she's worried that as her belly grows bigger, so will her lie to Jake. He assures her she'll feel the same way about the new baby as she does about Trevor.

JR and Marissa rush into the hospital and past a stunned Colby. As JR asks for Little Adam, Marissa explains that his school called - he was brought in with extreme stomach pains! Joe, who has examined Little A, tells JR there is nothing physically wrong with him - it appears to be psychosomatic. JR wonders if it's due to Adam's confession. JR walks over to his son, who admits that the teachers were saying things about his grandpa. JR, Colby, and Marissa gather close as JR tells Little A that Adam isn't a bad person. When they step back, Colby shakes her head and tells JR that Annie has brainwashed Adam. Marissa tells them to remember that in the end, they will always love Adam - it's all about love. Joe tells Little Adam he has been a good patient, and he goes with Colby to pick a treasure out of the box. Marissa and JR continue to talk about Adam - she thinks maybe he does love Annie. JR feels that Annie isn't capable of sacrifice - even for a man she supposedly loves.

Liza comes into Annie's room at the hospital. She informs her that Adam wants her to represent her - he wants to spend the rest of his life behind bars if she can't get her off! Liza points out that there is no way to defend what she's done! Annie sighs. She tells Liza to take the case and she'll take the heat when the case goes to court. Liza asks why she would do that. Annie says she loves Adam. Liza thinks she really does!

Brot arrives at Frankie and Randi's place for Thanksgiving. They tell him that Jesse and Angie will be over later, but Natalia is on her way now. Brot asks if this was a set-up? Frankie and Randi giggle. Brot calls Natalia a drama queen and talks about their professional rivalry. There is a knock at the door and Brot opens it - it's Natalia and a guy named Carlos. Frankie is annoyed. Natalia talks to Randi and Frankie in the kitchen, and accuses them of trying to shove Brot down her throat. They say he's a great guy - Carlos likes him! The trio watches as Brot and Carlos bond over football, and make a plan to meet up the next day. Natalia asks Brot to step out of the room with her - she then accuses him of moving in on Carlos. Brot tells her she's just jealous because she wanted alone time with him herself! As they scream at one another, the others listen on the other side of the door!

Angie and Jesse meet up at the police station. They agree they've both had a rough day. Angie says at last Madison North is out of their lives. Frankie shakes his head and pulls out the note Madison slipped him that says, "Help me." They discuss the situation and Jesse says that he felt Madison was drugged. He remarks that he put a tail on her father. He wouldn't forgive himself if she was really in trouble. Angie angrily says he needs to save something for their family! Jesse hugs her.

At Jake's place, he and Amanda discuss their lives. Jake says that he's a very lucky guy who has a lot to be thankful for. Amanda's eyes fill with tears, and Jake says it will be okay. Amanda replies that it's not - and it never will be again! He encourages her to talk to him. She blurts that she had sex with David!

Liza returns to the police station and tells Adam what Annie said at the hospital. He asks for a phone call and calls Annie. They vow to stick together and say that they love each other.

Angie and Jesse arrive at Randi and Frankie's house. Carlos says he's going to go see his mom, besides, he's starting to feel like a third wheel. The Hubbards sit down to eat, and Jesse makes a heartfelt speech to his family.

David, still at the hospital finishing his shift, gets a call from Dr. Hines, who says she has the DNA test results. David asks, "And?" She asks if he's sitting down.
