At the hospital Jake is trying to keep Tad under control but as an orderly goes running, Tad crashes his wheelchair into Krystal! She offers to drive Tad home but Tad won't hear of it. Krystal keeps pushing until he agrees to go with her – as long as they pick up the girls first and then go to Wildwind together! "My house is kind of overstuffed," he says, asking for her help with the girls. Krystal isn't sure what to say. Jake just watches. When Krystal questions him, Tad says he'll be there to keep an eye on David but Krystal thinks this will give Kathy and Jenny the wrong idea. She leaves to fetch water. Jake asks what Tad is up to. He says this was all just an act but Jake is still worried.

Erica listens as Kendall reads a book to Ian. She notices Erica and they talk about Zach. Erica offers to call Jack for Zach but Kendall says Zach won't listen to Jack, either! Kendall tells Erica about Jesse's suspicions. Erica leaves and Kendall tries another story. Angie comes in to check on the kiddo. Angie tells Kendall again that Jake is the one who saved Ian. Kendall wonders why she and Zach gave up on Ian so quickly. "If we had waited Scott – and Ian – would still have their fathers," Kendall says.

Liza goes to see Adam at the hospital but a guard won't let her through. Liza insists that she needs to see Adam to go over Stuart's arrangements so he lets her though. Adam is not happy to see her – or her pregnancy bump! He asks why she is there and she says she wants to make things right with Colby. Adam insinuates that Liza is trying to steal another child from its father. Liza asks how it feels to lose Chandler Enterprises. They argue about Colby and Liza swears she'll save Colby from Adam; he says Colby only needs saving from Liza! Colby walks in, hears them and calls Liza a murderer. She tells Adam about Liza's alibi request, angering Adam. Liza insists she is innocent. Erica walks in and demands that Liza be taken out of the room; Adam tells the officer to arrest Liza – for attempting to murder him! Adam says Liza won't stop trying to hurt him. Erica asks about Liza's possible arrest, still worried about Kendall. Adam realizes Kendall was at the mansion and gets angry. "Stuart was the better part of me," he says and sends her away. Colby helps Adam get ready for the memorial. They spot Kendall in the hall and Adam blames her for Stuart's death! "Why didn't you do something about Zach? Stuart's blood is on your hands!" he says. Kendall blames Adam because he didn't tell them about the problems with the valve and storms off.

Erica calls the Penthouse but Corrinna reports that Ryan isn't there and she doesn't know where he might be.

At the police station Jesse hauls Zach out of his cell and demands to know what really happened the night of the murder. Zach hems and haws so Jesse says he knows Kendall was there – holding the murder weapon! Zach refuses to say anything incriminating against Kendall. He says he isn't protecting Kendall, he is telling the truth about the night of the murder. Jesse doesn't believe him. Zach thinks about the night of the murder and seeing Kendall outside the window with the gun. Jesse keeps prodding him but Zach won't crack. Liza is brought in by the officer, distracting Zach. Jesse goes to her and Liza convinces him to let her talk to Zach about putting Kendall in the spotlight. After she tells Zach, Liza says she had no choice because she didn't have an airtight alibi – but she is innocent. Zach tells her to take back her story but Liza refuses. Zach warns that her secrets may not be safe if she doesn't! Liza leaves. Angie arrives and tells Jesse that he has to back off of Kendall because Ian needs her. Jesse insists that he can't put Zach behind bars for life if Kendall is the guilty party. Erica arrives to see Zach. She thanks him for what he is doing for Kendall. Zach is taken away. Erica questions Natalia, hoping she knows where Ryan is. Natalia says Ryan is being held for questioning. Erica insists on seeing him immediately.

David surprises Amanda at Tad's house. Amanda orders him to leave but he won't. Instead, he tells Amanda that he just beat Jake again at the hospital and he'll beat Jake when she has her baby, too! Amanda bravely tells him to stop threatening her but David just keeps pushing. Amanda says he'll never get her baby. Tad, Jake and Krystal walk in. Krystal and Tad go upstairs to see Jenny while David insists that he has every right to visit Amanda and his unborn child! Jake threatens to see David behind bars. David leaves. Jake promises Amanda that they will keep David away from the baby. Krystal says goodbye and leaves. David is waiting outside and demands to know why she hasn't taken Jenny from Tad yet! Krystal says Jenny is fine, so is Tad and she only needs him. "Unbelievable!" David exclaims.

At the chapel Kendall gives her condolences to Liza. Jesse arrives with another officer and questions Liza about recanting her statement. Liza says she lied about Kendall being at the mansion because, after sleeping with Zach, she was jealous. Jesse arrests Kendall!
