All My Children - DAILY UPDATES

JR and Amanda wake up in bed and he realizes it is the day of the custody hearing between Tad and Krystal; Amanda tells him to shower but he jumps out of bed and hurries away.

Tad meets with Livia about the custody hearing at ConFusion. He admits that he doesn't think Krystal would harm Jenny but he says he doesn't trust David. Adam overhears and says all of this is Tad's fault for leaving Pine Valley in the first place! Livia is called away. Adam says he wants to help Tad! Adam says they have to work together to keep Jenny and Little A safe from David, surprising Tad, who isn't sure he should trust Adam. "If we don't set aside our differences, that man will take your daughter and my grandson," Adam says. JR stumbles in, still hung over, and says he'll testify for Tad. Tad tells JR to go home but he won't agree to it so Tad makes him promise to sit quietly in the courtroom and talk to no one.

Krystal goes to the hospital and begs David to come to the hearing. He says he'll do anything to help her keep Jenny.

Through the vent, Aidan says they have to act slowly. Annie doesn't want to stay in Oak Haven; he tells her to keep control of her emotions and gives her advice on how to trick Dr. Sinclair. Annie asks why she hates Greenlee. Aidan tells her that Greenlee stole Ryan from her but reminds her not to talk about her memories with the doctor or she'll never be released from Oak Haven. "If you feel scared or sad, you can tell her that," he says. Annie admits that she loves and hates Ryan all at the same time for leaving her in the mental ward. Dr. Sinclair arrives and asks who Annie is talking to. Annie says she was talking to herself and is feeling better. Dr. Sinclair asks what happened at Ryan's apartment but following Aidan's advice says she can't remember anything except being scared. She says she wants to talk to her family so they won't hate her. Annie remembers all of the fighting between herself and Greenlee but won't tell the doctor, instead she says she is sad. Dr. Sinclair leaves. Annie asks Aidan if she did the right thing. He says she did but she has to keep lying to the doctor. "Tell her you don't feel angry and that you forgive Greenlee and you'll be one step closer to being home with Emma," Aidan says.

Erica can't believe that Zach thinks she has ulterior motives regarding Reese. He pressures her to tell him what she is plotting. Erica says she knows just how much Zach loves Kendall and as she talks he says the way he feels for Kendall is the same way Reese feels for Bianca and she needs to get used to it. Erica walks away. David comes over to Zach and says Kendall's heart is beginning to deteriorate rapidly and may only have a few days to live. Zach asks about transplant lists again but David insists she isn't a good candidate. Zach swears to get a heart – even if he has to kill someone! David leaves. Erica returns and asks what that was about but Zach won't say. Zach tracks down Joe, tells him about Kendall and orders him to get things together.

Bianca and Reese arrive at the penthouse. Ryan and Greenlee tell them about a wonderful chapel in Connecticut that is available for all of them to use. Binks and Reese love the idea; they leave. Greenlee asks about some boxes in the foyer. Ryan says they are filled with Annie's things and he is getting rid of them so that Emma won't be confused! Greenlee goes along with him and then leaves the penthouse so he can finish up. Emma arrives and asks about the boxes. Ryan says he is putting them in a safe place. He tells Emma to go through the boxes to find one thing she likes that she wants to keep. She finds Annie's wedding ring and decides to keep it.

In his room Josh goes over the casino security papers again and then puts on his coat and grabs a gun! He sneaks into the casino and looks around. Josh hides when Zach arrives. He goes straight to the bar and finds Jake there. "You're not afraid to break the rules, right?" Zach asks and then questions Jake about getting Kendall to the top of the heart transplant list. Jake says he has no pull but Zach keeps asking the questions until finally Jake says it would take access to the list. He apologizes, takes another drink and says he can't help. A security guard comes up to tell Zach that there is a security leak! Just then Erica, Bianca and Reese, who have been talking about Kendall, come over and demand to know what has changed with Kendall's condition. Before Zach can answer a gunman comes into the casino, fires his gun and tells them all to stay down! Zach runs after the man, who turns and points the gun straight at him!

Greenlee goes to Oak Haven to see Dr. Sinclair. She says she is worried about Annie but is more worried because she can't make peace with the past or with Annie's future. Dr. Sinclair takes her to see Annie! Aidan listens at the vent as Annie apologizes to Greenlee and then says she forgives her! Dr. Sinclair takes Greenlee outside and Greenlee rages on that Annie is lying and is going to kill her! Back inside Aidan reminds Annie to stay calm as she rants about Greenlee.

Amanda is at ConFusion when Jake finds her drinking club soda. She says she doesn't feel well; he says spending time with JR will do that to a person! He asks about her connection to David! She starts to feel really bad and runs for the bathroom.

Krystal, her lawyer and Opal arrive at the hearing at the same time. The attorney goes inside, leaving Krystal to face Opal. Krystal brings up the affair and Opal says none of this is easy. She reminds Krystal that she tried to help her but Krystal wouldn't listen. "Fine, just do what you have to do," Krystal says. When Opal tries to get through to her Krystal says she is blinded by Tad! Opal asks why David is helping Krystal – for Jenny or to gain custody of Little A! Opal takes her seat as Krystal pops a few of David's pills! David arrives and sees that Krystal is a little out of it from the pills and warns her to stop popping them like breath mints. She thanks him for standing by her and then asks why he is helping her. David tells Krystal to trust him because he loves her! Tad arrives with Adam, JR and Livia and listens. They all go inside. Tad takes the stand and sadly says he understands Krystal's grief but that doesn't absolve her of her parenting duties with Jenny and Kathy. Adam takes the stand and says Krystal knew exactly what type of person David was before she got involved with him. Then, he tells the court about the lies she told and the affair she had during their marriage. JR stands up and blurts out, still drunk, that Krystal and David have been having an affair for weeks. He and David yell at one another until the judge orders them all to be quiet. Adam cuts JR off. Opal takes the stand and tells the court about Krystal's drug addiction to David's pills. Krystal is the last to testify. She admits she had an affair with David and cries about their deep love for Babe. Emotionally she says that David helps her remember Babe and then starts to ramble about her death. She begs the judge not to take Jenny away the same way that Babe was taken. David tries to interrupt but manages to knock Krystal's purse – and the pills fall all over the floor.

Greenlee returns home to find Ryan and Emma curled up on the sofa, sleeping. She quickly leaves.
