All My Children - DAILY UPDATES

At Wildwind, Krystal wakes up to hear David playing the piano. She tells him to keep playing. She lays there thinking, then jumps up, gets dressed and decides to go home to see her girls. She reminds David that her house was on fire, her girls have had a terrible Christmas and she should be at home. She thanks David for saving her. He says it was his fault because he made her angry. She says she can’t stay mad at the man who saved her life. As Krystal starts to call for a ride, he offers to take her home. He sensually says he will take care of her.

When they arrive at Krystal’s, she is surprised to find that David has had a contractor repair the house for her. He gives her a necklace and she smiles widely and hugs him. She thanks him again. David asks about Tad and whether Krystal misses him. She says Tad didn’t call at Christmas but doesn’t really answer him. She apologizes to David for all the horrible things she said to him. He tells her there is no reason to apologize. David wishes her a Merry Christmas. Colby, a new modernized Petey and the little girls drop in to open gifts. Pete shows off a new haircut and contacts. David and he talk about how it’s best to get to know someone before you write them off. He warns Pete that when you get involved with the Chandlers your whole life goes to hell. David passes Krystal some pills discreetly and leaves. Colby asks Krystal why David was there. She says she is surprised to see him act normal and nice. Colby offers to stay with Krystal but Krystal says she is fine, so they leave her alone. She gets her pills out and looks at them. She struggles with herself about taking them. She phones for a babysitter for the girls.

Adam welcomes Little Adam, Amanda and JR to the Chandler Manse. Adam invites ‘Little A’ to see if there are any gifts for him under the tree. JR has a major hangover and he thanks Amanda for helping him although he doesn’t deserve her help. He realizes he can’t have just one drink, and will stay sober from now on. Adam walks in and asks them what JR says he doesn’t deserve. He tells Adam that Amanda just drove him home. Adam pulls Amanda aside and asks if JR is drinking again. He can always tell. She admits that he had a drink. He asks if she pushed him off the wagon. He thinks she is after JR at a bad time. JR walks in on the conversation and he sticks up for Amanda. Adam says to talk to him when he is sober and leaves them at the door. JR thanks Amanda for making Christmas a great one. She kisses him on the cheek and he says he couldn’t have got through Christmas without her.

Colby arrives at the Chandler’s and tells Adam and JR that Krystal defended David to her, which surprised her. Pete wants to date Colby but she tells him that even though he looks different, she doesn’t feel any different about him. She tells him not to try to be someone he is not. He says he feels good about himself and will find another date for New Year’s Eve and leaves.

At Oak Haven, the doctor is confronted by an angry Jesse. He wants to know how it was possible for Annie to escape a lockdown facility. She explains that she was unconscious and that Annie is probably still on the grounds. Outside the corridor where they are talking, Aidan listens in on their conversation. Jesse reminds the doctor that Annie is a murderer. The doctor says she left her guard down. Jesse asks to speak to the patient who found her, ‘Mr. Stone'. The director sees Mr. Stone (who is Aidan), and asks why he hid his face from Jesse. Aidan goes into his usual spy story explanation. He acts out with her and is wrestled to a gurney by staff.

While Annie sleeps in Emma’s bed, Greenlee and Ryan arrive downstairs. Ryan makes the moves on Greens. He says their life together should start right now. He wants to see a smile back on her face. Ryan picks her up and starts to carry her up the stairs. Annie bolts upright in bed.

Greenlee and Ryan kiss and they talk about how all the ‘bad stuff’ is behind them. Annie walks down the stairs to confront ‘Daddy’ and asks what he’s doing with the ‘mean lady’. They are so surprised to see her. She claims her name is Emma. She misses her mommy. She doesn’t want them to call anyone, and Ryan talks to her quietly. She asks why they won’t tell her where her mommy is and wants mommy to visit her there. She becomes angry with Ryan for keeping her mommy away.

Opal and Emma arrive. Emma says her Christmas wish ‘came true’. Annie acts weird and doesn’t really get who Emma is. She takes a mirror and looks at herself. Greenlee and Opal explain to Emma that her mommy is sick and they take her out of the room. As Annie looks at a family photo, Ryan explains that she is his wife. Then Annie grabs scissors and tells Greenlee to get out of the house. They struggle; Ryan falls, then lays still. Annie tells Greenlee that he can’t help her now. Ryan comes to as Annie threatens Greenlee with the scissors. Jesse and the police rush in just as Ryan grabs Annie. After Annie is led away, Ryan and Greenlee talk. She says that Annie won’t be happy until they are dead.

Annie is returned to Oak Haven and held down by staff, while someone watches a surveillance video camera, which is filming in her room.

David arrives at Krystal’s and she shows him the cell phone video of a drunken JR. He is impressed with what she did and writes her a check. She feels guilty for helping him. David says his plan is working and Amanda is rich now.

Krystal shows up at David’s and says it was he she needed, not the pills. They kiss passionately.

Amanda goes to JR’s and says she can’t see him anymore and that they aren’t good together. She leaves a puzzled JR at the door. ‘Little A’ runs toward him and he stares at Babe’s photo.
