Kendall and Zach sit down to breakfast, both worried about Greenlee. Zach is much calmer about the situation, however, than Kendall and tells her she is giving Greenlee too much credit and power. "Give me til the end of the day," he says, promising to take care of the problem! He tells her the problem is between him and Greenlee, and that worries Kendall. She knows how far Zach will go to protect her and she doesn't want him to go too far! Rachel arrives. Zach leaves, against Kendall's wishes.

At the yacht club, Pam and Jack meet. She has a plan to increase the ratings on New Beginnings and believes Jack is a central figure. Zach arrives and Jack gets sidetracked. He suggests that Zach give Greens some space. Zach, in turn, tells Jack exactly what happened after he left the house. Jack can't believe how far Greenlee went. Zach leaves to meet with his friend. He tells the man to be clean and discreet and to act fast! Both men leave. Jack calls Greenlee, leaving yet another message since she refuses to call him. Pam finally gets him alone and gets him to agree to work with her!

Greenlee barges into Erica's New Beginnings office, despite the efforts of a flunkie trying to keep her out. Erica allows her inside, wondering what she wants. Greenlee offers her the expose of a lifetime - how Zach killed the hopes and dreams of hundreds of Pine Valley residents! Erica thanks Greenlee but turns the story down. Greenlee realizes that Erica knew all along! "It is extremely unhealthy to dwell in the past," Erica tells her, advising Greenlee to move on! She tells Greenlee that her show focuses on strong people, those who have overcome their problems and not the victims who only complain about their lives. She tells Greens to lose the chip on her shoulder and get out! Sean arrives a few moments later, surprising Erica who wonders where he has been. Sean keeps quiet about where he's been. He is obviously uncomfortable and apologizes to Erica for how he treated her when he learned about Jeff. He tells her about Ava's machinations against him and Colby. Sympathetic, Erica listens as Sean tells her how much the girl means to him. He asks how she managed to keep Jack interested even after she was with Jeff. Erica tells him not to give up, to tell Colby how much he cares about her. "Keep it up and whatever you do, don't give up," she says.
Pam calls Erica to the yacht club, where she sees Jack being readied for a solo interview. Erica tells Jack about Sean's visit but before she can get into the details, Jack's interview begins. He talks about his many proposals as Erica listens, jealous! As the interview continues, Erica interrupts. "Let me know when you can pencil me in," she says when Jack doesn't leave the interview. She leaves!

Annie arrives at Fusion and talks to Di about Spike's birthday party. Seeing how upset her friend is, Di tries to console Annie, but Annie doesn't want to talk. Derek arrives, looking for Greenlee. Learning that she isn't there, Derek turns to leave but Annie asks him to stay and wait for her. "What am I, the pizza delivery guy?" he asks, but stays. Di users Derek and the newly arrived Livia into the lounge. Both are annoyed that Greenlee summoned them to the offices but is missing in action herself. Livia teases Derek about the night before at The Comeback. Derek gets annoyed and Livia backs off, telling him that she is happy that he seems to be loosening up.

Kendall arrives at Fusion and tentatively talks to Annie, wondering how she is holding up. Before Annie can answer the rep from Zoe's music label calls and backs out! Kendall is stunned. "No Babe, no music?" Annie asks and Kendall nods. Greenlee arrives. Before she can head to the lounge, Kendall sidetracks her, saying that she is making a mistake! She tells Greenlee that she can't prove anything against Zach and will only waste Derek's time. "If Zach is such a power then you have nothing to worry about," Greens says, refusing to back down. Annie interrupts them with a problem and Greenlee disappears into the lounge. She apologizes to them for being late and announces her plans to sue Zach and put him behind bars! Greenlee spills the beans on how Zach cut the power and her chances at being a mom. Livia and Derek ask for proof that Zach was behind the blackout. She says he told her. Derek asks for video or audio tape and when she says there was nothing. Derek asks if Kendall or Ryan has proof and she says no. He says she is wasting their time and leaves! Greenlee can't believe it. Livia stays behind and tells Greenlee about the coma and how close Kendall and Spike came to dying. She says there may be enough for a civil suit against Zach!

Back in the office, Kendall is on the phone trying to replace the lost music deal. Seeing Derek leaving, she tries to stop him but is too late. She returns to work, telling Annie and Di that they need to think fast to fix the mess they are in without Babe or the music deal. The girls begin to brainstorm new ideas. Greenlee interrupts them with her own words - fertile and birth and baby. Annie, Di and Kendall tries to ignore her but she keeps interrupting their flow. Unable to concentrate, the girls disband their meeting. Di begins thinking about the distance between she and Aidan. Annie tells her that things will work out and manages to get her to focus again. Zach arrives, telling Kendall that everything will be fine. "I'm taking you down," Greenlee announces, sure that she has the upper hand finally. Zach calmly tells her that he has never denied anything to do with the blackout and asks what she would like to see happen!

At Chandler Enterprises, JR argues with an employee about the yearly report. Tad arrives. JR tells him that he is leaving town for a bit but before leaving he wants Tad to know his name-changing news! He tells Tad that it is a necessary step in order to save his life! He explains that cutting all ties with Adam is the only way to lead the kind of life he wants to live. Tad is concerned that JR is only trying to exert power over Adam - and that it will backfire. "You're always going to be Adam, Junior if you continue to act like Adam, Senior," Tad says and asks why he is still at the mansion. JR brings up Colby. Tad tells him that Colby can take care of herself and advises JR to start his life - for real, outside the Chandler mansion! "You're trying to destroy your father and you're screaming for his love at the same time," Tad says. He says JR will be his son, forever and always, with or without the Martin last name. JR tells him that is why he wants to change his name! Smiling, Tad tells him he will always be part of the Martin clan. He leaves. Zach arrives a moment later. "The buzzards are circling," he says! Zach hints that JR is in danger and needs to watch his back and then leaves! An executive comes in with new cover art for the annual report - it is a picture of JR as a child and Adam!
