Krystal gives birth; Kendall asks Zach for help with Bianca. Meanwhile, Bianca sets up a special night for Zoe; Jonathan finds out about Ava.
At the Chandler mansion, Krystal asks Colby to look to see where the baby is in the birth canal. "Ho-ly," Colby says when she sees the top of the baby's head! Krystal pushes hard with the next contraction! The head comes out, but Krystal is weak and wants to rest. Colby tells her to keep pushing, freaking out because the baby seems to be stuck! Krystal asks her to reach in and ease the baby out of the birth canal, freaking out Colby even more. "Do it, Colby," Krystal begs. Colby reaches inside but the baby's shoulder is stuck and she has a hard time getting it freed. She does as Krystal gives a final push. "I've got her. The baby's here," Colby says, excited. Wrapping up the baby, Colby hands her to Krystal. Babe and JR arrive, eager to help. "You missed all the action," Colby tells them as they gather around the baby. JR asks why they didn't just go to the hospital and Colby tells him what Adam did, and that there was no time. Krystal reaches out to her, thanking her for sticking around without saying a word.
At the hospital, Tad and Julia try to convince Jamie to stay for tests but he is bent on revenge against Adam. Tad tries convincing him that Adam was locked up but Jamie doesn't believe it! Amanda listens to them arguing, but doesn't come forward with what she knows. Jamie passes out and they take him into an exam room. Julia wakes him and when he realizes she has had him restrained becomes angry. "You're staying in the hospital whether you like it or not," she says! In the waiting room, Tad asks Amanda if she remembers anything about the car that hit them. She begins to tell Tad what she knows about Adam's involvement, but before she can say much, the paramedics arrive with Krystal and the baby. "Congratulations, Tad, you're a father," JR says. A nurse brings the baby out, introducing her to Tad and then hurrying off to the nursery. Turning to JR, Tad asks why Krystal gave birth at the house. JR tries to keep the truth about Adam from Tad, but winds up telling him everything. Angry, Tad storms out of the hospital. In her hospital room, the nurses bring the baby to Krystal, telling her that the baby is perfect. "Welcome to the world," Krystal says, holding her for a moment before passing the baby to Babe. Krystal tells Babe how Adam left her, finally realizing that things between them are over.
At the yacht club, Bianca meets with the manager to set up a romantic table for she and Zoe and then leaves to change. Adam arrives with a bottle of liquor. He sits at Zoe's table as she arrives. "So it's you," she says, angry. Adam hands her a scotch and Zoe tosses it in his face! In anger, she lifts the table, tossing it away and confusing Adam. Bianca arrives and tells Zoe the truth - that she is the secret admirer. "Now I've seen everything," Adam mutters and leaves the club. "You're my secret admirer," Zoe says, smiling. And then calls Bianca a liar! She thinks that Adam was the real admirer and that Bianca is only trying to make her feel good. Bianca tells her everything, stunning Zoe. "You're special to me," Bianca says and tells Zoe that she wants this to be their first date! "Somebody please slap me," Zoe says! Bianca asks for a dance and they begin to move to the music as a storm comes upon the club. They get soaked and run for cover on Jackson and Erica's yacht.
At Cambias, Lily brings some figures for Zach as Kendall arrives asking for a favor. She wants him to send Bianca off to Paris or anywhere else away from Pine Valley! Telling Zach that Bianca needs a break from the family, but really wanting to get her away from Zoe, she tries to convince Zach to send her away. "Tell me the real reason," he says and Kendall reluctantly tells him that Bianca is falling for Zoe. "She was like this with Lena and Maggie," Kendall says, believing that a relationship with Zoe will only hurt her sister. Zach asks Kendall to give Zoe and Bianca a chance in spite of the transgender issues. "I'm okay with it, but that doesn't mean everyone else will be," Kendall says. Lily comes back in, thinking they are talking about her. Kendall tells her about Zoe and Bianca and Lily suggests a debate to solve the problem. Lily listens to Kendall's take, and Kendall becomes more convinced than ever that Binx and Zoe are a bad match. Without offering anything, Lily leaves. Zach tells Kendall that Zoe could be the perfect match for Bianca and decides not to send Binx away. Sad, Kendall leaves his office, alone.
At Wildwind, Jonathan pulls Aidan off of Ava and tries to get "Lily" to leave with him! Ava gets nervous, wondering who this new guy is and Jonathan realizes she isn't the real Lily. Aidan and Di tell him about Ava's relationship to Lily. "I'm not Lily, I'm not special, so I'm just going to leave," she says. Di tries to stop her and some of her jewelry falls from Ava's bag! She tries to convince them that the jewelry was in the trash but Aiden doesn't buy it. Jonathan can't believe the differences in the two women and is stunned when Ava tells him about her life on the streets. Ava turns her anger on Di, wondering why she brought her to Wildwind in the first place. She becomes dizzy and Aidan and Di rush to care for her. Aidan brings her water and leads her to rest on the sofa. Aidan tells her a little more about Lily's life, making Ava a bit jealous. "Must be great having the whole world in your corner," she says. Aidan tells her that she has he and Di in her corner - as long as she stays on the straight and narrow. Di takes Jonathan out of the parlor, assuring him that Lily hasn't met Ava. They return with food for Ava. Lily arrives!
Later, Adam arrives home and begins to wander around his and Krystal's old room. Tad walks in as the storm worsens!
