I am so sad that that Angie lost 2 baby girls in 1 day. Although Jesse thought what he did made sense now she must go through the grieve process and I'm not sure but she is probable gonna respond the way Matterson responded to Scott. Does'nt look good for 1 of the most famous couples in daytime.

fromthestart....I tell ya, I am on the fence about this. I want a kind of happy ending for the loyal AMC fans who will not be able to continue to watch online(like my Mom).
But a cliffhanger will intice others to give the online version a chance.

And all characters like Zach and Dixie and(who returned from the dead), I highly doubt they will move over to the online version. So, it had better be a really good cliffhanger to explain their absence yet again.

Sept 23rd is the LAST day AMC wil air on ABC. Mark it down on your calendars!

And other characters that are coming, like Adam and Brooke, Jamie and Babe. These actors are not going to stay on for the online version in 2012.

I am not too crazy about the cliffhanger idea as I don't intend to keep watching online. I was really hoping for several happy endings. I was hoping to see Angie get her sight back and Madison give Scott a second chance. We never see Madison anymore or Caleb.

I have to sympathize with the writers a little as they have been dealt a real conundrum first, the show was ending so they were going to have to wrap things up and now a cliffhanger. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes thats for sure.

I am going to miss this hour every weekday. It has been a great run. So sad it has come to this.

@ HipHop GMa: You called that one right.Everyone of them. Now that Maya knows how will they act in public? If it gets out the questions will be raised. I bet this is how they exit. Maya and the Hubbards leave towm. They would be like Lucy's Godparents. Happy ending for them long as mookie don't show up

Anyone else notice how JR keeps watching that video? He likin that.

That laptop has been glued to JR's hand since he got the video.

I agree with everyone, I would not follow this story onto the internet. Enough is enough. It has run its course and it is time to head into the sunset. Jesse and Angie are the best actors on the show. They are the only good thing about that crazy story line!

I started writing the names of posters I agree with, and they became too numerous to mention...But like them, I will not join the on-line fans. Good luck to them...with the age of instant gratification, I wonder it IT will last 40 years like it has for us.
The calming feeling Agnes Nixon is bringing to many of us reminds me of a funeral. She gave her heart and soul to this program only to see it mangled year by year. I feel for her and all the actors who have been stead strong in their dedication to their characters, no matter how the writing was. I hope they ALL go on to bigger and better things instead of being reduced to cyber-space. Yes, the younger fans may find a "home" but it will never be "All MY Children"...they should have to give it a new name instead of feeding off the one true AMC. THERE !!!!!

Scanned the "posts" one more time before turning off the computer.....

    C. Overturf......good post and well said. I did feel that sense of calm during the AGNES NIXON scenes. Hard to explain, but you may have put your finger on it. Despite new technologies with computers and TV I really do not think the "new All My Children" will take off the way it did in 1970. I don't think I am saying "my generation's TV was better than yours" because it isn't. But THIS genre as it was presented in 1970 probably will not rise again. Again,,,KUDOS to AGNES NIXON and what she did for a generation of TV viewers.
