Kendall gets Ricky to confess, Jake gets honest with Cara, and Marissa helps Bianca through her trauma.
Bianca wakes up in the closet at the Yacht Club tied to Marissa and freaks out after having dreams of Michael. Marissa helps to calm her down. They free themselves from the ropes and escape from the closet.
For their date, Jack and "Erica" dine at ConFusion. Jack brings up a New Year's Eve from the past, but "Erica" only wants to think about the future. Jack gets a call from Marissa to tell him about Bianca and that they're going to the hospital.
Frankie checks Bianca out at the hospital, as Jack and "Erica" arrive. Jack goes to find out what's going on with Bianca as "Erica" takes a seat in the hallway. She says out loud to herself that she didn't sign up for this. She repeats to herself, "She's not your daughter." "Erica" joins Jack in Bianca's room. Bianca fills them in on what's going on with Ricky and how Kendall has been trying to set him up. Jack is stunned and leaves to talk to the police. Bianca asks "Erica" if she's okay. "Erica" feigns shock. Marissa leaves them to talk, but when Bianca looks for reassurance from "Erica" that Kendall will be okay, "Erica" leaves to get Bianca some food.
At the free clinic, Cara learns there's been some danger in Afghanistan where she thinks Griffin is. She fears the worst and makes some calls to find out if her brother is alive. When she can't get confirmation, she breaks down in tears. Jake finds her to tell her good news about the little girl who needed the transplant. Cara tells Jake she thinks her brother is dead. She wants to look for him, but Jake reminds her immigration is on her trail. She doesn’t care, but Jake finally admits that he does. He won't lose her again like this.
The cop holds Griffin at gunpoint at the house. Griffin tells him Kendall is in trouble. Tad arrives and tries to help him get out of the situation. As the cop is about to handcuff him, Griffin breaks free and Tad blocks the cop's way so Griffin can run out the door.
Tad calls Jesse from Krystal's to tell him to go the boat to save Kendall. After they talk, Amanda comes upon Tad, who tells her to find her husband and make things right.
Griffin runs to the yacht, but discovers it's gone.
On the yacht, Kendall asks Ricky to tell her that he would kill for her and to admit he's done it before. Ricky says he has. He announces, "I killed your husband." Kendall pretends to be happy they have all their secrets out in the open now, but she wants to know how he made it look like there was no foul play. He explains what he did, but marvels how it was just business until he fell in love with her. He says now that he has fallen in love he won't let her go. He starts to kiss her and asks if it's turning her on. He opens her shirts and finds the recorder. He angrily asks, "What the hell is this?" She responds, "Your ticket to hell." Ricky is furious, but thinks she couldn’t handle his love. He ominously declares that he loves her and will continue to do so even after she's gone. Kendall thinks Griffin will come for her, but Ricky thinks otherwise. He wonders who will save her. Kendall declares she doesn’t need saving as she aims her gun at Ricky.
