All My Children - DAILY UPDATES

***Due to breaking news reports, the first few minutes and last few minutes of All My Children were missed today.***

Madison visits Kendall at the hospital and witnesses her and Griffin's banter. Kendall wants to leave, but Griffin tells her that while she is doing better, she's still at risk so she needs to stay. Griffin charms Madison, but Kendall is still disdainful of him. Greenlee walks in and shares some stilted words with Madison, who leaves, as does Griffin. Kendall thanks Greenlee for staying the night with Spike and Ian. Greenlee knows it will take awhile to get back in sync and notes it's weird not having her get in her business. Kendall asks her to give her some juicy gossip. Greenlee tells her there's nothing going on aside from her and Ryan living together. Kendall starts coughing as Griffin returns. He gives her some water and suggests she get some rest. Greenlee follows Griffin in the hallway to pry about his personal life. She tells him he is perfect for her friend and Griffin assumes she means Kendall. He wonders what's wrong with her considering Kendall just lost her husband. Greenlee corrects him and says she was referring to Madison. Griffin assures her he can get his own dates. Griffin returns to Kendall and encourages her to get well at the hospital before she has to go home and take care of her two little boys. She tells him she's doing the best she can, but he thinks she can do better. If she doesn't, her kids could lose another parent.

In the hospital hallway, Madison sees Frankie, who, after a confrontation with Greenlee, warns her not to trust Ryan's girlfriend.

Marissa visits Scott in prison and learns JR came to visit him. She reminds him if he has a job waiting for him on the outside he will look better to the parole board. Scott tells her he has a plan and asks her to call someone for her.

Annie stops by Amanda's place and finds her friend under the weather. Annie asks her to set up a double date with her and JR so it makes things real. Amanda reminds her they are supposed to keep things a secret, but Annie bemoans the fact that she spent most of New Year's Eve by herself. Annie won't let her past with men repeat itself and thinks she just needs to find a way to get JR to spend more time with her than with Marissa. Annie gets woozy and says she can't spend the whole day alone. Annie gets an idea and asks what her symptoms are.

Amanda runs into Madison at Krystal's. She tells her she aches all over, but she had to pick up some chicken noodle soup and medication. She notes Jake is with Trevor and says she doesn’t know what she would do without him. She doesn't know how single mothers do it, nothing their nanny is amazing as well, but very expensive.

Ryan visits JR at the mansion to tell him he knows what's going on with him and Annie. JR doesn't feel the need to explain things to him, but Ryan tells him Annie is fragile right now and she has the ability to spin out of control. JR assures him they are fine, but Ryan reminds JR of his past with her. Ryan then gets a call and leaves, but not before warning JR to straighten things out with Annie. Marissa visits JR and confronts him about seeing Scott. JR isn't sure she should be taking Scott on as her first case, but Marissa knows Scott deserves a second chance. Annie calls JR pretending to be sick and asks him to come to the hotel.

JR stops by the hotel and finds Annie, who tells him she's never felt this sick in her life. He feels her forehead and notes she's burning up. She falls into his arms and he picks her up to put her in bed. JR wants to call a doctor, but Annie tells him she's fine, she just wants him to stay with her. He says he isn't going anywhere. She asks him to get her a glass of water and while he's out of the room, she quickly puts a hot water bottle on her forehead so she feels warm. Marissa calls JR to see if he's okay and hears Annie in the background. JR tells her she got sick at the office and he took her home. Marissa reminds him he shouldn't be around her considering his own health issues. She urges him to leave Annie – now.

Ryan visits Scott at the prison after Marissa called him. Scott warns him that JR might be coming after Cambias. Ryan wonders why he's giving him the heads up. Scott says he's after payback, but he also wants a job. Ryan would love to help him, but he knows the Cambias board wouldn't go for it. Scott asks after Emma and Ryan wonders if he's heard from Annie. Scott hasn't but encourages him to watch out for Annie and Emma if JR is involved.
