Former AMC Stars: Where Are They Now? (UPDATED!!)

    Saturday, May 19 2007

Tough "Days" ahead for Marcus! (ABC)
Since the return of Julia and the news that Noah was killed, we wondered what had happened to actor Keith Hamilton Cobb. Turns out, he is currently starring in an Atlanta, Georgia production of "Cuttin' Up" at the Alliance Theater.

Who could forget about hunky Marcus Patrick (ex-Jamal Cudahy)? Since leaving Pine Valley he has landed in Salem! Beginning in June, Marcus will begin playing Jett Carver, Abe Carver's nephew on Days Of Our Lives. Since we can't seen him in Pine Valley, we'll just have to flip over to DOOL every now and again for a Marcus fix!

Speaking of younger stars, Michael B. Jordan, ex-Reggie Montgomery, has been absent from the Pine Valley canvas for several months. Turns out he is at work on a film called "Blackout". The movie covers the events that happened in a Brooklyn neighborhood during the blackout of 2003.

Cady McClain's Dixie left Pine Valley earlier this year and despite hopeful fans, she won't return to P.V. Instead, Cady is reprising the role of Rosanna on As The World Turns! Cady says she is very excited about returning to Oakdale and we wish her luck!

Jeffrey Carlson left the Valley only a few weeks ago, but the character of Zarf/Zoe is already missed. Jeffrey starred in the Washington D.C. production of "Hamlet" in the summer of 2007. Will Jeffrey return to Pine Valley after the show is over? We'll have to wait and see!

Zarf/Zoe is hardly missed. He/she was the most unlikely transexual I have ever seen and totally trashed the characterr of Bianca besides. A transexual storyline could have been so good, but this one really blew the opportunity.

I totally disagree. I was a little jaded of the Zarf/Zoe sotryline at first, but as it developed, I came to really love him/her. I miss the storyline alot. Things are just a little boring now. Jeffrey Carlson did a great job with that role. I hope he and Bianca return soon.

I don't know about anyone else but I can't believe in the character of Greenlee with this new actress she's just not Greenlee!! She is so boring!

We HEART Zoe/Zarf! Best thing to hit Pine Valley since... well... can't think of anyone. Zoe and Binx rocked! It's been such a long time since AMC had a ground breaking storyline. With Erica's abortion turning into a character brought to life by an evil doctor (and all that followed), I nearly left after... err...decades. I left once before when the writers forgot that Erica had spent time in Oakhaven and murdered Kent Bogart along with the many photos and people simply going poof from mantels, pianos and memories. Zoe was a breath of fresh air. A real talent. And, as a guy, oh-so-hot! But, the new Greenlee? Don't get it. Zzzzz!

Sure Hope Ryan doesn't fall back for her.

I agree.. I really miss Zarf/zoe and Bianca
that storyline was the only really new or different thing on any soap... I think they really had good chemistry too... I also Miss the Rebecca B. as Greenlee... I find the show boring now.. sorry

I didn't really care much for the new actress playing Greenlee at first either but I think alot has to do with the fact that Rebecca was just such a great actress and I really missed her when she left. I hope she does well with her new comedy.
