    Actor updates from December 12 - 18:

    The biggest news this week regards "AMC" still possibly having a home with Prospect Park. In other news, a couple of former Pine Valleyites showed up on a Daytime talk show and another participated in a crazy mashup of popular TV shows. Big things are still happening for the former stars of the ABC soap.

    AMC to possibly migrate online:
    It seems all is not lost when it comes to cancelled ABC soaps continuing online. There are reports that Prospect Park is still interested in joining the soap opera game. Read more at AMC & OLTL migrating online.

    BethAnn Bonner gets married:
    BethAnn Bonner (ex-Kat) is a married woman. She walked down the aisle on October 20 to marry Maria Buenmayor in Fort Greene Park in NYC. For pictures of the day go to Unusually Fine.




    Jeff Branson to CSI:
    The former "AMC" actor turned Genoa City denizen will show up in two episodes of the "CSI" franchise. Read more at Jeff Branson's CSI: NY Appearance.

    Mark Consuelos on The Colbert Report:
    On a recent episode of the Comedy Central show, host Stephen Colbert mashed up "Downton Abbey" with "Breaking Bad." Mark Consuelos (ex-Mateo) made an appearance. Take a look at the clip below.



    J.R. Martinez on The Ellen DeGeneres Show:

    Martinez (ex-Brock) went on "Ellen" last week to promote his memoir "Full of Heart." In the clip below, he explains the special meaning behind one of his tattoos. Take a look.

    Amanda Seyfried's SAG Award nomination:
    Seyfried (ex-Joni) is part of the ensemble nominated for the upcoming Screen Actors Guild Awards. The actors of "Les Miserables" were nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. They go up against the casts of "Argo," "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel," "Lincoln" and "Silver Linings Playbook." The SAG Awards will be handed out on live TV January 27 on TNT.

    Amanda Seyfried on The Ellen DeGeneres Show:
    JR. Martinez wasn't the only one to hit "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last week. Seyfried (ex-Joni) made an appearance to promote her SAG Award nominated movie "Les Miserables." While there, she shared what her co-star Hugh Jackman gave her as a risque birthday gift. Find out for yourself in the clip below.

    Before finding success as an actor, Mark Consuelos was an exotic dancer at a Tampa Bay, FL club called Stingers. He danced under the name "Meat."
