    Wednesday, March 09 2011

At the hospital, Scott's charms fail him when he asks one of the nurses to squeeze Madison in for a sonogram. After she walks away, Scott gets on the computer and does it himself. Scott calls Madison, who runs over to the hospital. She holds Scott's hand as the doctor performs the sonogram. They see the baby on the monitor and learn Madison is having a girl. Madison is thrilled and thanks Scott for all he's done for her. He leaves after getting paged away.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Greenlee insists she's fine to Ryan and that they should leave. Ryan steps away and Greenlee runs into Scott in the hallway. She sees the picture of the sonogram he's holding. Ryan walks up and sees the picture as well and congratulates Scott on having a girl. Scott leaves and Ryan brings Greenlee into a room to show her the video he made for Annie, which is playing on TV. Ryan calls David who tells him Annie called, but he missed it. However, she left a message that she will call later. They make
plans to meet up at Ryan's place.

Once Scott and Madison return home, Madison tells Scott she knows he finagled her appointment today. He tells her even though him being the father is just a cover, he's starting to like the kid.

    Close Quarters.

Madison walks into her and Scott's studio and lies on the bed. She is shocked when Scott walks out of the shower with barely a towel on. He gets dressed and points out the awkwardness of opposite sex cohabitation. She changes her shoes and then goes to her doctor's appointment.

While at the hospital, Madison gets a call from Emma, who can't say where she is. Madison then calls Ryan, who later arrives to question her about the call. Scott shows up just as the nurse arrives to take Madison and "the father" to her room for her appointment.

    Damn The Consequences.

    Monday, February 28 2011

Ryan and Greenlee rush over to Scott and Madison's place to ask about her conversation with Emma. Madison says she told them everything she knows. After Greenlee steps out to take her call from Griffin, Ryan asks Madison and Scott to pass out flyers with pictures of Emma on them. Scott leaves to get them out of the car and runs into Greenlee. He marvels over how Greenlee can watch Ryan suffer over a missing child, while lying about a child he doesn’t know about. Greenlee doesn't think Ryan needs that bomb dropped on him right now and reminds Scott how he got involved in the first place. Back inside, Ryan congratulates Madison on moving in with Scott. He starts to leave and Madison feels her baby kick. Ryan thinks he should get Scott, but then asks if it's too early for the baby to be kicking. She says he's right, it must have been something else. Scott and Greenlee return and Ryan tells Scott Madison thought the baby kicked. Greenlee and Ryan leave and Madison tells Scott how incredible the kick felt.

    Changing Everything.

    Friday, February 25 2011

At the hospital, Scott finds Madison who signed up for a sleep study for the cash. He tells her he's doing the same thing. He worries about her being pregnant, but she assures him two doctors told her it was safe. He continues to try and dissuade her from doing it, but Madison reminds him she is broke, so what's her alternative? He suggests she move in with him. He also gives her a payment schedule he helped set up with billing for her medical bills. He says with what she'll be saving, she will be able to afford her half of the rent. He assures her there will be no "monkey business" and they will be just roomies. She agrees and points out he needs her help as much as she needs his. Scott and Madison run into Marissa, who learns they are moving in together and having a baby. She is stunned as they tell her they are just taking things one step at a time. Marissa congratulates Scott and then leaves.

Scott helps Madison move into his place. He tells her she can have the bed because she's "with child." She feels bad, but he insists he is fine with the couch. She wonders where she will put all her boxes. She ultimately decides she doesn’t need all her stuff, but Scott wants her to keep the box with her old things from when she was a kid. Scott promises her he won't be in a studio for long. He will do whatever it takes to get his life back on track. As they talk about how much their lives have changed, Emma calls Madison to tell her Annie said they couldn't stay at the hotel. She explains Annie instructed her not to call Ryan, but she didn’t say she couldn't call Madison. Emma hangs up when Annie returns to the car. Madison calls Ryan to tell him Emma called and said they weren't staying at the hotel anymore.
