TAYLOR THOMPSON'S HISTORY
Lt. Taylor Thompson arrived in Pine Valley shortly after returning from serving in the Army during the War in Iraq. She desperately wanted to return to Iraq and convinced Frankie to fake her medical tests by giving her pain-masking drugs. She passed her physical and was set to return to Iraq when tornadoes hit Pine Valley. Taylor helped Jesse restore power to Pine Valley Memorial.
During the aftermath, Taylor came between Zach and Jake and was pushed down the stairs. She lost feeling in her legs and gave up on life. Jake pushed and prodded her until she began to fight. Slowly, she regained feeling in her legs and began to have feelings for Jake; this made her uncomfortable because of her past engagement to presumed-dead soldier Brot Monroe.

As Annie tries to convince Erica and Opal in the yoga room to take her with them, Janet and Marian return. The women get into a debate about who's leaving and who should stay. Tad finds the women arguing and drags his mother away. Erica and Annie get into it and Annie falls. She accuses Erica of breaking her arm and the staff takes Erica to isolation.

In the ladies room, Frankie and Jesse find Taylor, who comes around groggily. They ask her what happened - she says Randi hit her! She says she looked at her like she was the devil or something and then swung her purse at her! She figures she hit her head on the floor.
