Zach encounters Babe on the porch of the house both were considering buying. She's leaning over the wall, and he grabs her, thinking she's about to jump. She says she just wanted to see what it was like for JR.
Zach tells Babe that he's not buying the house, but visited because of a dream he had. She says there's something about that house.
Zach calls Kendall, asking her to meet him there. When she arrives, he announces that he's bought the house.
JR is moaning with pain because of no drugs. Bianca and Jamie come into his room, and beg him to accept painkillers. Bianca offers him her hand, and JR asks Jamie to leave them alone.
As he clutches Bianca's hand, JR apologizes for hurting her. "Tell Josh he can have Babe…she's all his," says JR. Bianca tells him that they've got more in common than he knows—and confides about Maggie.
Babe arrives. Jamie stops her from going into JR's room, and reads her the riot act. She insists she loves JR—but Jamie says that doesn't mean they should be together. Why don't you do us all a favor and walk away, asks Jamie.
As David's video is about to reveal the truth about Krystal's pregnancy, Babe throws something at the screen, shatters it, and goes on a tear about how much she hates David and the pain he's caused all of them. She gets hysterical and claims that everyone "hates her" because she's David's daughter—and evil like him. She rushes from the room.
Adam asks Krystal is Babe is crazy, smashing the TV like that? Krystal defends her daughter, and attributes Babe's outburst to all the pressure of the last few months. Adam doesn't care, and says his promise to let Babe stay is reneged. He wants her out!
After he leaves, Dixie confronts Krystal, who admits that David was on the verge of announcing that her baby's father is Tad. But it's not true—her baby is a Chandler! And if Dixie continues to spread stories, she'll tell Adam that Dixie living there is a bad idea. Swear that your baby is Adam's, says Dixie. While Krystal is in the middle of doing so, Adam comes in, and wonders if this is something he should know about. Dixie quickly says it's because they haven't gotten along in the past, and they rush off to Dixie's room. Adam remains, looking skeptical.
Tad comforts Babe and tells her to let the pain leave with David, and to not let David get to them ever again. Later, when they are alone, he warns her that Adam might still be planning to separate her from Little A.
Babe thanks him and says she's committed to healing her marriage.
At the Chandler manse, Colby begins to argue with Sydney, and Krystal intercedes and tries to establish peace for Thanksgiving.
David finds Babe in front of her house and tells her he's "come to say goodbye." He tells her when Krystal leaves Adam, she will follow. And when she thinks back on him, her father loved her very much.
When she gets inside, Babe asks Krystal what David meant, and if he knows about the paternity of Krystal's baby.
Tad and Dixie arrive, and Krystal is more than shocked by the new guests—and the news that Dixie will be living with them.
Colby finds an envelope at the front door and shows it to Adam. It's marked "Urgent!" It's David's farewell video. Krystal leaves the room, unwilling to "let David ruin Thanksgiving"—but Tad insists on listening.
In the video David repeats his assertion about Krystal eventually leaving Adam, and then asks if Dixie is there, and says she has the "ammunition to get the ball rolling."
Colby gets a text message from Sean, who's left the Kane Thanksgiving dinner, and meets him outside the house. They talk about love and family.
David visits Leora's grave and tells her that justice has finally been done, and that he will always love her very much.
At the hospital, Dixie finds Babe weeping on the floor. Is there any way for her make it right again, asks Babe? She's scared that she might lose JR—but this mistake might be her last one. Dixie reminds her that the hurt is very fresh for JR…but to remember that he forgave her.
Josh enters JR's hospital room, and taunts him about "always reaching for the bottle and proving his point to Babe."
JR tells him to "take the bi*** and go! Stay away from my son." Josh yells at him to never disrespect Babe, when Tad walks in. Josh walks out and is speaking to Babe, when Adam walks by, and sarcastically asks if this means her relationship with Josh isn't really over? Adam goes into a rampage, and Josh gives him the same warning he gave JR, to respect Babe. Adam suggests they both get out—or he'll get them thrown out.
"What are you doing to me?" asks Babe. She asks Josh to leave her alone—but he tells her he can't. "I love JR—leave me alone and leave my family alone." Josh leaves and Erica overhears the interaction. She tells Babe that she and JR deserve each other and it's best is she leaves JR alone. She rubs into Josh and Jeff and invites them to join her for dinner at the Valley Inn.
In JR's room, Dixie urges JR to forgive Babe, but he won't listen. She asks Tad to talk to him about forgiveness. Aren't they the example that it is always possible? He reminds her that their road to forgiveness has been a long and rough road.
Maybe it's too soon to talk about this, says Tad, but Dixie reminds him that it's Thanksgiving—a day that reminds us that it's always possible to forgive even the worst mistake.
She's right, says Tad. And that JR wouldn't be so upset if he still didn't love Babe. Tad speaks eloquently of how life is short and it's important to have faith that love will come back. JR refuses to believe that, and insists his marriage is over. Adam enters and wants to know just what's going on! He has Little A with him, and wants Tad out of JR's room.
JR says it's Thanksgiving and asks for a truce between the Martins and Chandlers.
Adam comes to visit JR in the hospital, and is touched to see Colby's devotion to him. He's going to have their Thanksgiving dinner catered right there in the hospital. Babe shows up to see if JR wants to see him. He sends everyone out of the room, and Babe apologizes for all she's done—and says that she's still willing to fight for him and their marriage. He asks for a glass of water, takes a sip—and flings the rest into Babe's face.
He then flings something to the floor and bursts into tears—asking her if being "all wet" reminds her of being with Josh in the pool. He calls her a series of profane names, and warns her to stay away from their son.
In the hallway she tells Adam that she loves JR. If that's true, he replies—stay away from him! He leaves her, and she collapses to the floor, crying. In his bed, JR hold a picture of them with Little A—and rips off Babe. At that moment, Josh walks in.
Josh goes to see Babe. She tells him he shouldn't be there—then embraces him. He says that he loves her, and nothing anyone says—even her—can change that. No, she says—she will make her marriage work.
You can't save your marriage, says Josh. He will not forgive you for sleeping with me. She insists she can.
Adam calls Babe in, and says he's willing to make things work with her, for JR's sake. But how can Babe fight the fact that JR will see someone who cheated on him every time he sees her. How can she repair her marriage? Even though he loves Krystal more than any woman he's ever know, if he discovered she cheated on him, she'd be dead to him.
If anyone is going to pull this off, it'll be Krystal's daughter, says Adam, and leaves. Babe goes back out to Josh. She notes that Adam got it "loud and clear." Can he? He said he heard every word, and doesn't believe a single one of them. He gives her a gift of pancakes, kisses her cheek, and leaves.
Krystal asks Adam if Babe can stay. He tells her that yes….she can stay. Krystal thanks him and tells him that she is sure that they can work this out. Babe insists that she is not planning on going anywhere and that she is going to make them a family again. Krystal tells him that this is a big step for him and that she loves him for it. Adam tells her that he doesn't want to lose them and that they are going to be happy everyday of their lives…no matter what. He leaves to call the hospital to get an update on JR. Babe takes this time to tell her mother that she cannot tell Adam that they baby is not his! Krystal tells her that whatever it takes to stop Adam she will do…..even if it means telling the truth about the baby! Babe tells her that she can handle Adam. Babe tells her that it would certainly be the end of her marriage if she told him the truth.
At home, Babe asks Krystal how she could have made so many mistakes. A lot of people have walked in the same shoes, counsels Krystal. She brings Little A out and Babe and her son play happily, and Krystal tells her that "all is not lost." Krystal says she is in no position to "throw stones." She's guilty of the exact same thing!
She sits down next to Babe and tells her that she's in no position to criticize Babe. "You're not the only who broke her vows," says Krystal. "This child I'm carrying…it's Tad's." Krystal tells Babe not to beat up on herself—she's also guilty of violating her vows.
Adam arrives home and presents Babe with a court order giving him temporary custody of Little A and ordering her to move out before JR returns home. He claims he's acting on JR's wishes—but Babe tells him she's having none of it. Krystal tells Adam not to go up against her on this. There's no way she's going to allow him to take Little A away from his mother!
If he values their marriage, says Krystal, don't do this. If Babe goes, she'll go too, along with their baby. Adam says he won't let her do that.
Babe is at the Fusion office, and announces to Kendall and Bianca that she leaving, and signing her Fusion shares over to them. She's cleaning out her desk. Bianca points out that signing over her shares won't solve anything; Kendall strongly disagrees and wants her out of her life.
A compassionate Bianca tries to convince her that JR's accident is not her fault. Kendall's not buying it, and wants her to leave. Babe accepts guilt for ruining JR's relationship with the Kane family, and says she really wants to make things right. Will Kendall help her?
Kendall is taken aback by the request—and Babe can understand that. She admits that she's made a huge number of mistakes, due to her own selfishness. Kendall says Babe is once again taking the easy way out. Eventually, she accepts Babe's apology. Tad shows up and has to talk to Babe immediately. Bianca tells Kendall that she loves her and is a wonderful person.
Babe tells Tad that she's just like her father—but Tad tells her that's not true. He tells her that David planned every detail to cause the most pain he could. She's different—and doing her best to make things right.
