Billy Miller is a Texas native. In addition to acting, owns a business called '4M' that builds and operates bars in Austin, Texas and South Bay, California.
He appeared in many commercials, as well as 'CSI: NY' before breaking into the soap world with the role of bad boy Richie Novak on All My Children.
