Former "All My Children" star Leven Rambin (ex-Lily/Ava) has had a successful post Daytime career, most recently appearing in "The Hunger Games." She will soon be seen on the big screen again in "Chasing Mavericks."

The film tells the story of real life surfing star Jay Moriarty, who at 15 set out to surf the Mavericks, one of the biggest waves on Earth. He enlists the help of local legend Frosty Hesson to train him and the two form a unique friendship.

"Chasing Mavericks" also stars Abigail Spencer (ex-Becca, "AMC"), Gerard Butler ("Machine Gun Preacher") and Jonny Weston ("About Cherry"). The film premieres October 26.
