Rosie O'Donnell, who played maid Naomi on "All My Children" in the 90s, is a newlywed. People reports that she and Michelle Rounds, who became engaged in December 2011, privately got hitched on June 9.
The couple, who originally planned to wed in August, married before Rounds went into surgery on June 14 to remove desmoid tumors, which affects three out of one million people. She is reportedly on the mend, as is her wife O'Donnell, who suffered a heart attack earlier this month.
Once the two are fully recuperated, they plan to throw a wedding celebration. Soaps.com congratulates the couple and wishes them both speedy recoveries.
