Walt Willey's (ex-Jack) next role be that of fellow Illinoisan Wild Bill Hickok. The actor will appear in a one-man show, "Wild Bill! An Evening with James Butler Hickok," about the life and death of the legendary figure.
Per the Marco Island Sun Times, Willey will perform several stage readings of his monologue, told from Hickok's perspective, from March 22 – 25 in Marco, Florida. The first-person narrative will follow Hickok's life from frontier scout to lawman to gambler to his death in Deadwood, South Dakota.
A question and answer period will follow the presentations. "Wild Bill! An Evening with James Butler Hickok" can be seen at The Rose History Auditorium at 180 S. Heathwood Drive, Marco Island.
