Biography

Raised in Lake of the Ozarks, MO, Jeff Branson, an avid cyclist, moved to New York City in 1995. There, he studied at an acting conservatory for two years. Prior to completing the program, he had appearances in feature films such as Shaft & Big Kahuna as well as several independent films. Performing in several Off-Broadway shows, he also guest starred on Law & Order & Strangers With Candy.

Mr. Branson joined All My Children playing the role of Jonathan Lavery in 2004. Prior to this, in 2003, Jeff played the role of Alan Spaulding on Guiding Light and had appearances on One Life to Live.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys donating his time to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. He also enjoys sky diving, cooking, riding his bicycle and playing guitar. He currently resides in New York City.
